Shipping Policy

All Wear Loud items are made to order — each piece is printed specifically for you after you place your order, which means production takes a little longer than off-the-shelf shopping, but it also means less waste and no unsold inventory sitting in a warehouse.

Production time
Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days before they ship. During high-demand periods (holidays, sales), production may take slightly longer — we'll always aim to keep you informed via order status updates.

Shipping time
Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and are automatically routed to the closest available print facility for your address:

• Within the EU: typically 3–10 business days
• Rest of the world: typically 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Total time from order to delivery is usually 1–3 weeks, combining production and shipping.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Customs and import duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Multiple items
If your order contains multiple items, they may be printed by different providers and could arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days.

Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally happen due to production volume, holidays, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at info@wearloud.store and we'll look into it.
